All orders placed after 3 PM Monday-Friday will not be ready for pick up at the store until the next day. All orders placed after 3 Pm Saturday will not be ready for pick up until Monday.

By placing this order you are agreeing to the authorization of this sale. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. CLO reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. CLO does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you are representing that you are over the age of 21. CLO makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are representing that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from the Company is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from the CLO is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.
Shipping Policy: CLO only ships items to locations within Colorado, California, Alaska, Idaho, New Mexico and Florida through FedEx's ground transportation. All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature, 21 and over, in order to be delivered. To receive your delivery on time, we recommend using a business address to ensure an adult will be present and able to sign for your package, as no delivery will be left at destination unattended per FedEx's requirements. If no one is present during the original delivery attempt, another subsequent attempt will be made. If the delivery cannot be completed at this time, the merchandise will be returned to CLO and it will be the consumer’s responsibility to incur the shipping and handling costs for further attempts made. Once a delivery is signed for, the merchandise is now the responsibility of the consumer. As such, we encourage you to be familiar with any local and state laws regarding alcoholic products. If recipient appears intoxicated, FedEx reserves the right to deny delivery at that time.
Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been placed and will be charged as a separate transaction. These costs are calculated based on weight and reflect FedEx's current pricing and additional requirements for the shipment of alcohol; a handling fee will be added to cover the cost of packaging. All shipments are fully insured in order to protect the consumer from lost products or those damaged during transportation. Please note that not every order is shipped on the day it is placed. To better serve our customers, CLO makes every attempt to ship orders by the following business day if the order has been placed before 4:00 P.M. MST, Monday - Friday.
Under 21 Purchase: Under no circumstances will CLO sell and/or give alcoholic beverages to any person(s) younger than 21 years of age. If a transaction is believed to be purchased by someone under 21, CLO reserves the right to cancel their order. Each package shipped from CLO will be accompanied by an ‘Adult Signature Required’ sticker, ensuring a FedEx driver checks an ID before the order can be completed.
Returns: All claims for spoiled, broken or otherwise damaged products must be submitted to CLO with photo evidence within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to initiate a return for items bought online you will need to contact CLO before you attempt to mail any product back. You may either call (719) 266-9300 or email our Online Web Coordinator HERE. Once a return request is initiated, CLO will make every attempt to asses and, if applicable, complete the order as requested in a timely fashion. For products returned due to a dislike in flavor, CLO will be able to refund the product amount or exchange for a different product, however, all shipping costs incurred during such a return will be the consumer’s responsibility. Congruent with our in-store policy, CLO does not perform returns on items vintage dated 10 years or older.
Canceled Orders: CLO can only cancel shipments before they have left our premises. Once the merchandise has been turned over to FedEx, it will be solely the customer's responsibility to pay for initial and return shipping costs.
Inventory: All inventory listed on CLO’s website is subject to availability. Quantities and prices of any products may change without notice. Due to size and packaging requirements, not all items will be available for shipment, but rather local delivery and/or pick up.
